Doomsday Media Group ("DMG", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under Ecuador's Organic Law on Personal Data Protection (LOPDP).
1. Data we collect
We only collect data you provide directly: your name, email address, company, and message content when you submit our contact form. We do not collect browsing data beyond what Google Analytics records in aggregate and anonymized form.
2. How we use your data
We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry or project, and to maintain communication related to services you have requested. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
3. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand site traffic in aggregate. GA4 may place cookies on your device. You can disable cookies in your browser settings or use an extension such as uBlock Origin.
4. Data retention
We retain contact data for as long as needed to manage your project or business relationship. To request deletion of your information, contact us at contacto@doomsdaymg.com.
5. Your rights (LOPDP)
Under the LOPDP you have the right to access, rectify, cancel, or object to the processing of your personal data. Exercise these rights by emailing contacto@doomsdaymg.com with subject line "LOPDP Rights".
6. Security
We use HTTPS across the entire site and do not store payment data. Contact form messages are processed through Zoho, which complies with international security standards.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent changes were made.
